The content included in the ‘Quality Assurance Plan’ is ultimately determined by the HSEQ Director and the respective project’s Project Manager. Procedures generally incorporated into the ‘Quality Assurance Plan’ include the following: document control, labour supply, entrance to the project site, performance evaluation, customer and contractor supplied product, storage and identification of materials, project execution, and additional works etc.
The fundamental concept of the CCISL documented system is to provide procedural information appropriate for the activities necessary for control over all activities affecting quality. This manual provides guidance for the various activities of our operations in order to ensure the development of systems and procedures, the keeping of records, and to provide evidence of successful testing and internal audits of the quality management system.
Since the CCISL Quality Assurance Plan is a documented quality system, a series of record generating forms are simultaneously drafted along with the project’s quality plan. These forms ultimately comprise 80% of the project’s handover package.
