The CCISL QA/QC Team utilizes quality planning to build in quality at the appropriate stage by relying on:

(a) the careful and recorded review of every individual contract including an accurate and complete specification of work and inspection requirements and a clear definition of the time frame for delivering the service

(b) trained or qualified personnel for the supervision and implementation of projects and tasks

(c) effective communication with the customer/client

Through the draft of a documented ‘Quality Assurance Plan,’ the CCISL QA/QC Team is able to analyze and evaluate a project during its planning stages, and in this regard seeks to add an element of quality to the executing company’s operations. This plan encompasses all of the scope’s key areas, and assigns quality technicians to each of these key areas.

The identification of controls and verification points in the service delivery process and the timely allocation of suitable personnel and equipment needed to ensure conformance with customer requirements, is the shared responsibility of the respective project’s manager and the Managing Director. This is done so as to ensure that all of the project’s works are executed in accordance with contract and client specifications. Once drafted, this quality package is refined in collaboration with the client’s project planners to ensure that there are sufficient checkpoints in place, and that the forms capture relevant information that can be used in post project analysis, and for the planning and execution of future projects.

The HSEQ Director or his designate is responsible for overseeing the identification, preparation, and maintenance of records. He does this through the personnel directly assigned to the related tasks.
